Quality and safety at every step.

Using our decades of professional laboratory experience and deep understanding of our customers’ needs, we have built a process that ensures the safety and quality of your customized prescription.

1

Consult.

Our pharmacists can help you and your clinician satisfy your specific concerns, including allergy issues and finding the most comfortable form for your new medication.

2

Fill.

We make it easy to fill and refill your prescription through our app, website and over the phone.

3

Review.

Our goal is to make sure your compounded medication is exactly right for you, so we follow up if we have questions about your prescription before we get started.

4

Mix.

Vios only uses ingredients from North America and from FDA-accredited labs. We have developed custom barcode scanning software that produces an automatic lot number for our products, ensuring availability, accuracy, quality and traceability.

5

Check.

Our process ensures that all ingredients and formulations have been safely and accurately prepared for you. We use an automated system to track every part of the process for complete accountability. In addition, we are accredited by the Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board (PCAB) for compliance, a service provided by the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC).

6

Package.

Due to their specific chemical makeups, some medications require more care than others while transporting, especially in unpredictable weather conditions. We have invested our time into finding advanced packaging solutions to help ensure your medications arrive safely.

7

Deliver.

We take the worry out of receiving your medications by offering automatic shipments monthly, bi-monthly or once every three months, based on your specific needs.

Our commitment to quality and safety: We test and validate using FDA-accredited and use a strict process to check for accuracy at every step.

Quality & Safety: The Professionals Behind the Process:

Maintaining our quality and safety process is the responsibility of our entire staff. Every individual we hire goes through an employee program that focuses on three main areas: medical experience and certification, critical thinking analysis, and patient objective awareness. Our employees are hired based on test performances and are reassessed every 90 days. All technicians are licensed in the pharmacy’s residing state.
